Excellent 60 mins learnt a lot from Jon, as well as having inspection of ears for wax , had a left and right ear frequency test .. very in testing results . Well worth the visit.

My first visit to Jon today and he was most attentive, professional, approachable and answered all my questions. The premises are spotlessly clean with a sense of calm. Jon explained the procedure which put me at ease, he also showed me inside of my ears on the computer screen. The whole procedure was painless. Before the procedure I had very little hearing in one ear due to wax build up, after the procedure my hearing returned to normal, amazing. He has made me a very happy lady today. I would highly recommend Jon from Valley Hearing. I would not even consider anywhere else. A huge asset to Caerphilly town. I will be returning. Thanks again
