Really good experience with Jon! I had cholesteatoma surgery 15 years ago so my eardrum was reconstructed and I lost some of my hearing in the process. I hadnt had my ears cleaned since and this made SUCH a difference to my hearing! Jon was polite and professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process and also conducted a hearing test! Very reasonably priced and very good experience would highly recommend!
